1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneClickTabs browser extension, website, cloud synchronization services, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using OneClickTabs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

OneClickTabs is independently developed and operated by Bilal Ahmed ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Description

OneClickTabs is a browser productivity and tab management solution designed to help users organize, save, synchronize, and manage browser tabs and workspaces efficiently across devices. Key features include:

• Workspace creation and categorical organization.
• URL and tab metadata management.
• Local-first browser storage architecture.
• Optional cloud backup and cross-device synchronization.
• Account and subscription management system.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time to improve user experience or ensure technical stability.

4. User Accounts

Certain features require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, weak passwords, or compromised third-party email accounts.

5. Cloud Storage & Synchronization

Cloud synchronization is optional and powered by Supabase. Only workspaces explicitly enabled for synchronization are transmitted to our secure servers. Workspaces with synchronization disabled remain stored exclusively on your local device.

6. Data Deletion & User Control

You retain absolute ownership and control over your data. Deleting a URL or Workspace within the extension permanently removes it from both local storage and cloud storage (where applicable).

7. Payments & Regional Pricing

Premium Services require payment processed via PayPal or Razorpay. We may offer regional pricing using Purchasing Power Parity (PPP). Manipulating your geographic location via VPN or proxy to obtain unauthorized pricing is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Refund Policy

Purchases are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to premium features. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the extension, attempt unauthorized access to our synchronization infrastructure, circumvention of storage limitations, or use the Services for any unlawful activities.

10. Intellectual Property

OneClickTabs, its branding, UI design, and underlying code are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Services as intended.

11. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, browser updates, or infrastructure failures may impact performance.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bilal Ahmed shall not be liable for any data loss, loss of profits, or incidental damages arising from the use of OneClickTabs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, detection of fraudulent payment activity, or abuse of our cloud infrastructure.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan for any legal disputes.
